Our animals know how good it feels to be rubbed the right way, and why shouldn't you?
See for yourself if my style meets your needs.
Dually licensed as a massage therapist and mental-health counselor, as well as Reiki Master, and Access Bars facilitator, approaches are based on knowledge, technique, empathy rapport and intuition.
"I experienced self healing before I ever knew about Reiki, and believe that selfhealing is available to many, if not all of us, that we can all benefit from receiving more love and kindness to our bodies, even when, and perhaps especially when, it is given to one's self. Our physical body is a vehicle for our expression and experience day after day, supporting us, holding us up. Why not give far more kindness to this magnificently created structure?"
Chair Massage
is also available.

There are as many types of massage as there are vegitarians. If you ask a myriad of people what being a vegitarian means to them, you will get several answers. Some will not eat animal products of any kind. Some will eat fish, some fish and chicken.
Likewise, massage varies among practitioners, cultures as well as needs and preffences.
The massage you receive from me is healing, strong, yet noninvasive. Concentration is on emotional healing, spiritual centeredness and physical well-being. "While therapeutic massage may include pressure in specific areas which, can result in brief moments of pain, I do not believe in nor practice deep tissue as a style of an entire massage. In fact, there is growing evidence to suggest that there are other equally effective approaches. People who return as clients can attest to the benefits they receive."
Client Feedback
Nonetheless, it comes down to shopping for what you need, what your body responds to in order for you to feel good. Listen to your body, and go where you will get what you need.
